At just 30, Amey Kadle is the Founder & CEO of Kadle Global Pvt Ltd (Ajinkya Technologies). Profiled by Forbes India in April 2026 as "The Entrepreneur Rewriting Belagavi's Tech Narrative," he is building one of India's most quietly impressive enterprise technology companies - managing over $1.4 billion (₹12,000 crore) in enterprise inventory and tracking 720,000+ materials daily.
His journey began in the 8th standard, when he started assembling computers and selling them door-to-door after school. He founded Ajinkya Technologies while still a student. A turning point came during his 18-month stint at IISc Bangalore's EPLabs, where exposure to design thinking and product development reshaped the company's approach toward building practical, user-friendly enterprise systems.
